Suffer to be Beautiful
Body modification is nothing new. There are the old standby: earrings, then tats, belly button rings, nose rings, and hundreds of other mods that vary from clever to obscene. But a few folks have revived a centuries-old art: scarification aka body carving, practiced by primitive tribes in various ways the world over, now coming [...]

What if you fail at failing?
Reminiscent of the LOLcat series, the FAIL pics frequently offer me amusement as I Stumble across them.

A Toast to Thee
Okay, the Christians have the Virgin Mary on toast, and Jesus on a hillside, now the non-religious have their Mecca to trek to. You never know what an agnostic can’t do if he doesn’t know if he doesn’t believe in anything or not, eh?
Excitement is growing in the Northern England town of Huddlesfield following [...]

Talk about living in the dark ages…..
"In my parents’ day and age, (unmarried teen parents) were sent away, they were shunned, they were called what they are," Liston said at the lunch. "There was at least a sense of shame.
"There’s no sense of shame today. Society condones it … I think it’s wrong. They’re [...]
